Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error

• Payment processed but policy not issued

• Wrong amount charged due to system error

In such cases, you must notify us within 7 working days of the transaction.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Policy already issued or renewal completed

• Incorrect information submitted by the customer

• Delays caused by external insurance providers

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
